Warnock Fleet maintains a staff of trained road service technicians to support our customers throughout our seven state market area.  Our team is proud of the level of support we offer our customers; whether it is an on-site warranty repair or the installation of upgraded IT or Video Systems.  When issues arise, make Warnock your first call. 

As a Fleet Manager your job only begins when the vehicle is put in service.  As one of the nation's largest police vehicle dealers, we recognize the impact aftermarket equipment has on the lifecycle of the vehicle.  There are very few resources to government fleets that can work to resolve and isolate factory-side issues from aftermarket equipment.  Our Support Team is continually working with the vehicle manufacturers, factory technicians, and component manufacturers to resolve and prevent product failures. 

Equipment Transfers

Do to you plan to reuse existing equipment?  Warnock can help.  Check out the change over form or contact your sales representative for details specific to your needs. In order to reduce the down time for your fleet, new vehicles are pre-built and prepped for the change-over before the donor vehicle arrives.  Warnock also encourages a scheduled change-over allowing the agency to drop off one donor vehicle when picking up a completed unit. 

Quality Wiring

Wiring seems so simple, but poor quality and sloppy installation can create years of problems for your fleet.  The aftermarket electrical system created during the installation is often the weakest link.  Warnock utilizes Mnstar engineered installation products to avoid unnecessary down time, intermittent product failures, frequent battery drains, and alternator failures.  All Mnstar products are designed to meet and exceed the standards set by SAE J-1128, the Ford Modifier Guide, and the Dodge Police Modifier Guide.  Review our Mnstar Products or contact your sales representative to find out which system is right for your fleet.
